Here are the Guidelines:
1. Garments must be bagged, include completed order form & $5 for each item to be logo'd.
2. Garments to be school colors of black, gold, white or neutral.
3. Garments must be in good condition & clean, new items do not need tags removed.
4. School not responsible for any damage to garment in embroidery process.
5. Logo limited to standard left chest embroidered in thread colors based on garment color.
6. Items, with order form, must arrive at the school office by Wednesday April 1st.
