CPES Collaboration Project

At the present time we are working on a project with Divine Savior school.  They have buildings in New Holstein and Kiel .  Together with them we could strengthen our Catholic school system.  A committee called the Catholic School Commission  "CSC"  has taken on the task of putting together a recommendation to the Bishops of Green Bay and Milwaukee.  If approved, the 2012-2013 school year will begin the new school system as the CSC recommends.  

Core Committee Members:  Br. Steven Kropp, Joe Zenk, Fr. Joe Corber, Joseph Bound, Patric Lofton, and facilitaor Sr. Deborah Golias.  

Sub-Committees

Communication-Create a line of communication between the committees and parents, parish members, and the public on the progress of the committees

Education- Evaluate  both school systems and determine how curriculums will  be structured to allow for a solid faith based education.  

Facilities- Evaluate all the current school buildings and recommend which buildings would be best suited for the proposed system. 

Finance-  Form a balanced budget for the proposed school system.  Formulate a tool to ensure that the funding from the parishes will be fair and balanced.  Keep tuition at a affordable price while making it attractive to new members.  

Governance-  Create a governing body to which all supporting parishes have membership of, each of the current school systems is equally represented.  

  These committees are made up of members from both schools, Pastors, pastoral administrator, parish members, dioceses representatives, teachers, and a facilitator.  If any question may arise feel free to contact any member of the Core Committee, or attend any of the Core Committee meetings or sub-committee meetings.  (dates and times are found on the calendar)
